The track was commissioned in 2010, with its first race being held in 2012, with a 10-year contract. The Circuit of the Americas plot is located only 14 miles southeast of central Austin.

The Circuit of the Americas track is one of only 5 F1 tracks to not operate in a clockwise fashion. Making this an extra special experience!
